We are open and upfront about our costs, we keep in contact with the customer from the point of booking through to completion via emails, texts and phone and we use plain and simple language to explain our work.

Our aim is to minimise environmental impact at every stage of our activities. We are committed to keeping abreast of the latest green products and techniques and we take a holistic approach to our customers' needs. We will advise them on how best to ensure the greatest energy and water-usage efficiencies. And we see our responsibility to the environment as continuing through to the completion of the project with the safe and careful disposal of waste materials.

We will:- Attend when we say we will
- Return your call within three hours if we are unavailable
- Provide you with your quotation within 72 hours
- Pre-book all visits to quote for work to be undertaken and schedule work date as soon as quote is agreed
- Provide a detailed and transparent quotation with accurate costings and works schedule
- Quality check all work on completion and sign off with customer
- Provide a full back up customer care package for peace of mind
- Guarantee all work carried out on your premises
- Provide trained operatives who pass stringent background checks for your peace of mind
- Work in a clean environment, protect your property and always leave the work area clean and tidy
- Dispose of waste materials in an environmentally-friendly manner through licensed facilities.
- Invite you to complete our satisfaction questionnaire
- Ask that you pay your invoice upon sign-off of works, unless specific credit terms have been agreed
- Urge you to tell your friends if you like the service and work we have provided
- Encourage you to let us know if you have any concerns or are unhappy with any aspects of our work.
